
BIO
Born in Vienna, Austria, Kristof Retezár moved to Patagonia, Argentina, at the age of seven where he grew up and graduated at a bilingual college. At the age of 18, he moved back to Europe and graduated as an Industrial Designer at the University of Applied Arts Vienna under the direction of world-renowned architect Paolo Piva.
After working as a designer at Silhouette International and Adidas Eyewear, he founded his own company in 2016 dedicated to the development of his own invention: Fontus, the world´s first self-filling water bottle. In 2018 he founded Wildshot Productions, a creative advertising agency, specialized in artistic commercial production, where he works as a Creative Director.
In addition to product design, he has been actively involved in the design and development of technologies, interiors, video productions, advertisements, brand identities and packagings, collaborating with global brands like Deutsche Bahn, Airbus and the United Nations.
Beyond his commercial ventures, Kristof has always remained deeply connected to the material world crafting sculptural works from wood, resin, and stone.
