Stronghold is a bulletproof vest designed for women and their children living in warzones or dangerous areas.

 

80% of the refugees worldwide are women and children. In most armed conflicts, they are innocent civilian victims. They are either forced to live under terrible conditions or to leave their homes in search of security. Exposed to firefight and bombing, their lives are constantly at risk.

This project is intended to invite us to reflect on civilians´ situation in armed conflicts today.
